August meeting - slide deck available
The August meeting of the QVSTSUG yesterday was very successful and for the first time we webcast our meeting live using Microsoft LiveMeeting and Roundtable.
James Brett (www.scrummaster.com.au) delivered an entertaining session introducing Scrum to our user group members and one thing I did notice is that we had a large number of new faces in the room. It seems that Scrum is gaining quite a bit of interest in the local development community.
We have invited James back to do a hands-on "Scrum with VSTS" session towards the end of the year and hopefully we will be able to continue webcasting our meetings so people outside Brisbane can watch the meeting online.
